The Coastal Physie Covid-19 Safety Plan

Ensuring our Physie community follows the Covid-19 guidelines and stays safe

As we return to The Coastal Physie in 2021, there are a few very important guidelines that we as a club, and you as a member, must follow. We ask that you read the following guidelines in full, and adhere to them at all times when attending class at The Coastal Physie.

Members 16+ must be vaccinated

If you are aged 16 or over, you must have received 2 doses of an Australian Government approved vaccine to attend class

One vaccinated guardian to drop students under 12

At least one nominated, fully vaccinated guardian is to drop students under 12 years to class. Please wear a mask and wait with your child until they enter the studio.

Follow the rules on mask wearing

Students 12+ must wear a mask while waiting outside and when entering the studio, and remove it only when exercising.

Follow the conditions of entry to class

Do not attend if you are unwell, have flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with a Covid-19 case, have been tested and are awaiting results, or have been asked to self isolate.

We are all responsible for keeping our Physie community safe

Record Keeping

Central Coast Council will be the QR code at the entrance to our venues, we will be keeping a hard copy list of class attendance for anyone who is unable to QR in.

You MUST QR code your child/yourself into class.

We continue to ask that no parents/spectators be present during classes this term. Vaccination is a requirement of Erina Fair that parents walking to the class door and in the case of emergency can come in.

Social Distancing

In line with government regulations, our classes are limited to 20 participants (including instructors/assistants). Physical distancing of at least 1.5 metres is complied with at all times where practical. Markers are placed at least 3 metres apart.

Physical distancing also needs to be complied with outside the hall. We ask that students and guardians do not congregate outside the class doors. While you may not be inside the hall, we are still required to make sure distancing is observed outside. Where possible, please only arrive at class at your students scheduled class time. When picking up your child, please do not arrive early to class and consider waiting in your car until your child’s class finishes.
