2021 Fundraising

2021 Fundraising important information

The Coastal Physical Culture Club is an incorporated, not-for-profit entity in which all of our funds go back into supporting and providing for the club. Our teachers volunteer a lot of their time and are only reimbursed when there is surplus available.

Due to Covid-19 and a significant drop in class numbers, and limited opportunities for fundraising, we ran at a loss in 2020. This year, we plan to run a couple of fundraising events to help us get back on track so we have surplus for competition, teams and end of year gifts.

Our first fundraiser for 2021 will be Cadbury chocolate boxes which we are ordering now in time for our club members to sell for Easter.

However, we understand that chocolate selling isn’t everyone’s preference so this year we are offering an alternative option for those who don’t want to sell chocolates.

We are asking all families to please complete the below nomination form before class this Thursday 4 March so we can order the correct amount of boxes. If you have not nominated via the below form we will assume you are happy with selling an Easter egg box as your fundraising option.

If you are capable of selling more than one box, or have multiple family members, we would appreciate if you could nominate to receive more than one box on the form below.

The family who raises the most money for the club will receive a term free stretching for all family members as a thanks from us.
